Challenge

The site sat awkwardly between a genuine local web-services offering and the network's engineering practice. Content was thin because most engineering work was actually done under PCCA.

Audit

Reviewed against the network positioning map. Concluded: PCCA carries the engineering positioning, Webs Phuket serves as the local-market landing.

Implementation

Rebuilt as a focused local landing with clear cross-link to PCCA for engineering-scale work. Schema retained as an Organization with parent PCCA.

Validation

Positioning boundaries respected in copy. No overlap with PCCA service descriptions.

Outcome

Two brands, two clear jobs. Local demand routes to Webs Phuket; engineering demand routes to PCCA.

Lessons learned

When two brands in a network start telling the same story, pick which one gets the story. Trying to keep both diluted signals for both.
