A wellness brand created from scratch, integrated into the network graph from day one rather than retrofitted later.

Challenge

Not a migration — a new brand. But launching outside the network graph would have wasted the entity leverage already established across nine sibling sites.

Audit

Positioning workshop established wellness scope distinct from any sibling brand. Domain and identity work preceded the site.

Implementation

Built on TanStack Start from day one. Distinct @id at /#organization. Referenced by PCCA's owns array and by relevant sibling brands. Full RSS, sitemap, schema, analytics from launch.

Validation

Network graph validates including the new node. All Phase 4 gates passed at launch, not retrofitted.

Outcome

Distinct wellness brand, fully integrated into the network graph, owned schema and image assets from day one.

Lessons learned

Building a new site to the same engineering standard as the migrations is cheaper than migrating it later. The methodology should apply equally to greenfield and brownfield work.
