Crazy Frog Returns, This Time Only Wearing His Birthday Suit With Genitals Out - Corporate B2B Sales & Digital Marketing Agency in Cardiff covering UK

Sorry, Gen Z—we had to put up with Crazy Frog so you do too.

While Taylor Swift’s throwback Red album (Taylor’s Version) has been met with great acclaim, listeners probably won’t react the same way with the return of the self-proclaimed “most annoying thing in the world.” Guess who? Ding, ding.

In a piece of news that nobody asked for, Sony Music has announced that Crazy Frog, whose earworms made up a core memory of many in the noughties, is hoping to conquer the TikTok scene.

“When we started Crazy Frog, there was no TikTok; it didn’t exist,” Sony’s A&R president Wolfgang Boss told the BBC. “But right now TikTok is super important. It’s basically the number one platform for people to share new music and funny things connected with music.”

Not only that, but Crazy Frog will also return swinging with body confidence. He’ll be naked, completely disregarding today’s strict social media nudity guidelines.

A new single will debut on December 10, along with a remix of classics, with the hope to make Crazy Frog TikTok-famous.

To be clear, Crazy Frog’s creators had always intended for the character to be in his birthday suit. However, his penis had to be edited out as a result of complaints from parents in the US and UK, B&T notes.

“The new video will have the Crazy Frog like he was originally meant—with a penis,” Boss elaborated, though he also mentioned that a censored version would be created for the US release.
